Abstract

Actual problems and improve the accuracy of existing methods of measuring dynamic pressures are considered. Various electrical and physical parameters of piezomaterials are analyzes. Experiment conducted to confirm the applicability of the impedance analysis of piezoelectric elements to correct for temperature errors piezoelectric pressure sensors are described. Particular attention is paid to the use of this method for the correction of the effects of thermal shock to the accuracy of dynamic pressure. It is noted that implementation of the scheme and the benefits of structural adjustment on the basis of the impedance analysis is to improve the accuracy of commercially-produced and re-designed transducers, as well as increased operating temperature range of these sensors.
